There is secure underground parking with an individual lock-up garage. One car per apartment only
- Reception is open between 2-4pm for Check-in. Check-out is by 9:30am.
- If you are likely to check in outside of office hours, please contact us on (07) 5492 3963 or at info@belvederecaloundra.com.au ahead of time to arrange access to the secure key safe
- Linen (including bath towels) is provided for the booked number of beds. Please bring beach towels for pool/beach use or hire ours.
- A complimentary starter pack of tea, coffee, sugar, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper and soap is provided for arrival only. It is not replenished during your stay.
- All kitchens include a microwave, stove, full sized fridge, dishwasher, pots and saucepans, crockery, cutlery and glassware.
- There is a washer and dryer in each apartment. Each apartment has an iron and ironing board.
- Wireless internet (Wi-Fi) is available free of charge, conditions apply.
Outdoor facilities provided include a heated pool, pool toys, gas BBQ and picnic tables
Smoking is not allowed in the building’s basement carpark, foyers or within your apartment. You can smoke on your balcony, but we ask that you keep cigarette smoke away from your neighbours.
Please note that as Belvedere is a community of Residents, Guests and Neighbours, we have a House Rule of Quiet Time. Between 10pm and 7.30am we ask guests to bring the noise in off their balcony and close their doors and windows, as sound travels easily around the building.
- If your booking is cancelled or modified up to six days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
- If your booking is cancelled or modified within six days of your date of arrival, the full cost will be charged.
- If you are a no-show for all or part of your booked dates, the full cost will be charged.
- Allocation of apartment is at the discretion of the Managers and dependent on availability at the time of enquiry.
